I am trying to get the bandanna but I don't know what to do when you get to the part in act 2 where your on top of Drebin's tank and you have to get past the mansion part where there are 2 armored suits how do I get passed them with out killing them because they do count as kills?

At the start don't shoot the power suits(robot looking people/things) as drebin will eventually just drive on.You ARE alowed to kill/shoot the gekos. If a human comes close just through him to the ground using cqc.

When you get to the mansion and the guys in the mech suits attack throw a chaff grenade it won't stop them from moving but it will stop the suits from shooting you and allowing you to pass the zone just sit and wait for about a minute and drebin will drive past them like he normally does

Two weapons have served me well on that section for a no-kill playthrough:
A shotgun with v ring ammo(keep shooting until they go down. I reccomend the Saiga 12.)
A fully charged blast from the solar gun (If you unlocked it).

Yes. You only get the item with no kills. You can use the solar gun, perhaps tranq gun, and chaff grenades.
