Go to the options and put in tthe right port number you can get this number from the ps3's network connectiions by going into the proxy server to get to the proxy server you need to set up the internet settings until you get to the proxy bit and choose enter manually yo will see the port number the just go back out out of everything and go back into the game and go into metalgear online and go into the options and go into the network ones and fix the port number hope this helps because it worked for me
