I need it to get the Bandanna I think.
Please tell me how to get it!

You don't need it to get the bandana to do this you need to complete the game without killing anyone, including bosses, you should check the walkthroughs to see how to get the big boss emblem

To get the Big Boss Emblem, you must complete the game on The Boss Extreme difficulty with no kills not even bosses, no continues, no special items, no healing items used, no alerts (cautions are fine) and last is complete under 5 hours. Now I'm sure this sounds hard, but it's not. Its actually very easy since MGS4 you can save anytime you like so if you get caught or die just restart.

You do not need the bandanna. You have to have no alerts,no kills,no continues,no health items, and that's about it

Don't worry. You can get the Bandanna without getting the Big Boss Emblem. Just beat the game without killing anyone. Or, if you like killing stuff (like me) you can buy it from Drebin 893 for 5,000,000 (that's million, with an M) Drebin Points. Or 4,000,000 on a Wednesday or Sunday. Or 2,500,000 during Act 5. But, you must have beaten the game at least once first.
