Well, if you would like to get new clothes all you have to do is go to a clothes store. There is one clothes store called "Perseus" this is located in Algonquin, Middle park east, and the exchange. Once you find a clothes store, you can go over to a rack of clothes and you may try them on. Once you have done this you have two options, leave the pants or buy them. In some cases, you can try on the next pair to, this works for hats and glasses. Hope this helps!!

Alright, theres alot of stores like Persius, and Modo where you don't get the russian clothing, and to meet Kate you must progress through the story line.

You have to progress in the game to unlock more clothes shop. And you will meet Kate in a mission for Packie.

I like the suits in Perseus becuase they are really cool, also why are there no clothes shops in Aldereney. Moynihan =)
