Wheres stevies cognoscenti? I drove around alderney city for ages and I still can't find it.

Funnily enough, I gave up on this one, and then came across it randomly about 30 minutes later.
It's pretty difficult to explain exactly where, but, go to the Pay n Spray, in northern Alderny, and I'll try my best to direct you from there. There should be a road to the right, nearby called Catskill Avenue, once you reach that, head south, turn right when you can't go further, and then take the second turn on the left, and head on down that road. You should now be passing Mr Fuks Rice Bar? If so, keep going down that road, then turn left, and there should be a small bend in the road, with an alleyway going off it. The cognoscenti should be parked in there. If hope this is easy to follow. The names of the roads should appear on the bottom right of the screen, once you enter that road.

And Jonestown Ave,near Mr. Fuks rice box restaurant. It is parked in an
Obvious place so it won't be so hard to find it. Good luck...
