Secret Police Car

Is There a secret police in faustin's house's neighborhood? there is a tutorial for it on youtube and i wanted to ask the experts to find out if its true.

Ya go into the nieghborhood and take the first left on the road then jump the fence at the end and go to the house that is on the right at the end and you should c two people sitting in chairs kill them both then jump the wall that goes towards the water and the far bush straight ahead you should c a cop car

I HAVE HEARD THAT THERE IS ONE IN A POLICE STATION ONTHE EAST SIDE OF ALGONQUIN. BUT ONLY IN BALLAD OF Gay TONY MULTIPLAYER, PLUS THE APC
