How do you use your cell phone once you get it?

I already completed 5 missions and recieved my cell phone. How do I use it. Like if I want to dial a number to put a cheat code in..how do it? Thanks to anyone who can help me!

You just bring the phone by pressing the up arrow twice and then scroll through the numbers in the correct order, then press the green button and call it and then it should be saved in you phone by going to you phone pressing up once and scroll through until you see cheats press A and then you should see the cheats yove saved, like if you enter the health cheat and armor cheat, one should say health the other should say armor before it, also after some missoions you should be sent on one by stevie and get a new one that gets wallpapers and ringers don't even try buying them with the phone youve got right now, it doesnt let you

Just press up twice and enter then call that number and it will be stored on your phone. Then when you need press up to bring the phone up then cross then cheats and there we have it.

On your directional keypad you have to press up twice and then press X.
