If you're talking about castle, you have to start at the other "sniping room" (the one that you access either by the ladder on the side or through the building by going up the stairs. It's a room with multiple windows and looks out onto the location of one of the flags in capture the flag. I hope you know the place I'm talking about). Once you're in the room, you have to step onto the big window (where part of the wall has been blown away) opposite to the STAIRS leading to the room. When standing in the window, move forward slowly until you fall onto a smaller ledge and move to your right while angling your analog towards the room as not to fall off. Once you're at the corner, jump onto the red wood (the one with a japanese flag next to it) and walk over to the roof.
