If it's one of his basic moves in the game then yes but if it is one of his finishers or signature moves then no,you will have to have the bar max then press the triangle button when you are in the correct position.

Of course,if it is his signature move then you must max out your bar.then get your opponent in the correct position and press triangle

It can be used by fulfiling the momentum and go to the correct position then stun your opponet and immeadeatly prees triangle.
