Can you control all 3 brands in gm mode I mean can you play 3 players in it like one play control raw second player constrol smackdown and the 3rd player control ecw can any body help me here please and thank you

As far as I'm aware, SvR GM Mode is only 2 players. Just connect 3 controllers, and when it goes to the controller side select screen, see what hapopens. There should only be two in view, but I may be wrong.
So, basically to answer your question, I do not think so.
GM mode is only avaliable in 2 player, I believe. Try connecting a third controller but I don't think it is possible.
