Well I am not really too sure about this, but when I had a match against WWE Champion and ECW Champion, I was allowed to take which one I pinned. I was the World Heavyweight Champion, but I pinned the WWE Champion. But I really believe you can obtain the belt, but switching over to ECW I really am doubtful, because they don't even ask you to trade over, only Smackdown and Raw.

But to help you out, you should be able too, Vince should set you up in a match while your on Smackdown (May work while on Raw, but I was on Smackdown when I did this.) you should be able to get a PPV match, I think at New Year's Revolution or the Royal Rumble, ethier one. You fight the WWE Champion and ECW Champion, and all three belts are on the line. Thats he only reasonable answer I have, I'm sure you can obtain the ECW Championship belt.

As for the belts like Cruiserweight, United States Championship and those little belts, I'm not too sure but I never was in the lower class to have the chance at them, they only allowed me to get the big belt, I really don't think you can get them though ethier.
