Well, nothing should happen. I actually completed 24/7 mode and conquered the Wrestlemania event without having One hundred percent completeage the first time I played the game. So, as you can now tell, nothing bad will happen. If anything does happen, it will probably just be something like you fighting a different opponent then you normally would or some other little thing like that. So, you do not need to worry about it too much, just go on with the storyline and complete objectives at your own pace. Hope this helps.

Nothing happens. Only that the same storyline for the whole year you did will be repeated. Like if you are batista on smackdown ( you are world heavyweight champion ) your same challengers are undertaker and finlay. Nothing will change. Now, your legend progress will still be the same and it will never be changed unless you completed an objective(s).
