Oh, no, you cannot become the Cruiserweight Champion in WWE 24/7 mode. If you want to become the Cruiserweight Champion, then you should go do the title match in Exhibition mode. That way, you can hold the Title belt, but it will not count for anything. The only title belts that you can get in WWE 24/7 mode are the World Heavy Weight Champion Ship, and the WWE Championship. So sorry, but, there is no way to become the Cruiserweight champion.
