Hi i'm kinda new to the game I'm on the third leval of quest and I can't kill the cephadrome I've got kut-ku mail and veloceprey greives and a Buster sword (the one after Buster sword +) please help

<BR>Oh yeah I almost forgot to ask how is the best way to get cephalose fins i'm trying to make the bowgun Sandstorm Ok thanks for the help reddead38

ANSWERS

Just carry 10 sonic Bombs, plus the necessay materials to make some more, also remember that there is 2 more in the supply box, (Also bring a good supply of cool drinks), make sure that when you use a sonic bomb, it will hit and bring the Cephadrome out the sand, then ran and hit the Cephalodrome as many times as you can before it get up, try not to get in between his legs or you will take damage, then wait until it goes down the sand again and repeat the process....

My personal preference is to use dual swords, since you can attack faster, and swords like Gradios or Cutlass do extra damage against some of the bigger monsters.....

Now for Cephalos Fin you need to kill the Cephadrome (since it is a carve item - 30% chance) or kill many Cephalos (carve item - 2% chance), thats for offline play, online you have better changes to get the fin from both monsters...
