Where can you find Godbugs?

Godbugs can be found quite easily in the Swamp Zone, in Areas 1 & 2. Just bring some bugnets and look for the Lightning Bugs. You may have to try a couple of times. However, you will need to kill that Yian Kut-Ku before you can go to the Swamp.

I found the easiest way to find Med. Monster Bones was to do the Liver of Legend mission, and you should get some as a reward. If you don't, you can try again. You may also find that you get Piscine Jaws as a reward for this mission. If so, take them to the Forest Elder in the Forest and Hills Zone and trade them for Med. Monster Bones. As for Lar. Monster Bones, (you're going to love this) you usually get a couple for killing, you guessed it: Kut-Kus. You can also get them from beating the Cephadrome (3 star Urgent Quest). Either way, you have to kill a couple of Kut-Kus to get them.

Now, as to that little problem, you need a good weapon, I strongly suggest an Iron Katana "Gospel" or, better yet, a powerful lace, such as the Rampart or Babel Spear. I did it with the Katana. You will also need good armour. It can be done with Velociprey gear, but I suggest full Battle Armour. You will also need:-

10 Mega Potions
5 Flash Bombs
Pitfall Trap
3 Large Barrel Bombs
10 Small Barrel Bombs

These are the bare miniumims. Trap it, place Lrg. Barrel bombs and blow up with a small one. Then just keep attacking it in the trap, and when it gets out Flash Bomb it and then let it have it. Just keep Flashing it and attacking and it will go down before long it will go down.

Well that answers a bunch of bogus.... as I only use paint balls no mega potions, not pitfall traps, no barrel bombs just paint ball and thats were skill comes in cos you must be a realy rubish hunter if you need 10 mega-potions.

I mean I could use that against a Rahtalos but not a Yian Kut Ku there easy, and I used a Great sword called "Great Serpant Blade" it has 624 attack like the rathalos blade I'm going to get and thats only it's first stage �_� as the Great Serpant blade is at it's max and under rated for my current position just like my full chepalos armour.

Well.. I defeated a kut ku using Assasins Dagger (Sword and shield) with a full velociprey armour. You should bring some potions, flashbombs (a must), sm barrel bombs (put it under him when he is just standing and growling, and it will make him stop for a few seconds. That way you can attack it). Just shield when he is charging at you and youre fine. You can also use great serpentblade (easy to beat kut ku). Happy hunting ^_^
