I'm going after a Rathalos Wing too, but strictly offline (not sure if this'll work but I've done my research):
If you can get your hands on a Firestone (mining in the Volcano area) you can trade it to the dwarf dude in room 7 of the Forest and Hills map, and he'll give you a Rath. Wing.
Well in the game there are percentage of carves, meaning that there is only a 5% chance that you would be able to get the wings. So you would have to keep trying till you get it.
I most probably think ure trying to make the Rathalos Flamesword or the one after that. If you see one of the questions that I've posted had the same thing. But sorry man you don't get the Rathalos wing offline. You get it online.
If you beat "The Troublesum Pair" you have about a 95.5% chance (Not realy), this is where I get all my Rathalos Wings
Still confused how to get a faire stone ya
Well to get a rathalos wing you have to capture the rathalos ther is not a good chance youll get it on the first try
You Must beat quest called '' A Troublesome pair '' To unlock RATHALOS WING
You can get a rathalos wing after finishing the "troublesome pair quest". I got it on my first try. You'll have a higher chance if you see the rathalos and rathian together.
You can get Rathalos wing in Catch a Rathalso has lower chance and A troublesome pair has higher chance.
