That black dragon is a fatalis and dose anyone know how to kill it?

<BR>Also I am doing okay as a blade master, but I don't know if I kneed to be a gunner for any particular mission. could someone help please?

For me the only time I was a gunner was the first and second time you fight the yian kut-ku get on the ledge where all the velociprey are and then kill the little annoying bug then justshoot at him until he dies. But since this is the only time I used a gun, I would spend money on something I would only use once or twice

I haven't fought Fatalis, but I know that the trick is to have four good hunters all armed with a powerful bowgun each, such as the Vor Cannon or the Yian Kut Ku Cannon, and then let rip on Fatalis with Cluster Shot 2 and Crag Shot 2. These are powerful, and you can carry quite a lot of them, but also bring other ammo. So, yes, for this mission you need to be a gunner, as only the very best of players have been able to melee Fatalis.

Ive never heard of him/her but I'm guessing hes a Dragon, but melee is my thing you could only catch me dead using a gun, even tho it may be hard id use a sword to try and melee him... With my brother whos a master gunner by my side together I'm sure we can win... As me and him are god dam experts in our region of fighting style.

If you've never fought Fatalis before, there's no way in heck you're going to melee him. If it's your first time, use a gun, bring 1-4 combo books, 99 wyvern claws and 99 sm bone husks. If you also have 3 clust lv 2, you have a grand total of 102 clusts. I have killed Fatalis many times, some of those times solo, only twice have I been able to succesfully melee him, and that was with three other people, all using Black Dragonspear.
