PLEASE HELP ME I am the opposite of a gunner but I use it sometimes well anyway HOW THE HECK DO I GET DUAL SWORDS that guy in the village talks about how he has them and will kill the rathalos but I can't figure out how to get them plus I want to beat the snot out of him every time I see him.

ANSWERS

For the basic dual swords, you need to upgrade a Hunter's Knife up to the level of an Assassin's Dagger. From there you will be able to form it into the Twin Dagger dual swords.

Hunter's Knife -> Hunter's Knife+ -> Hunter's Dagger -> Hunter's Dagger+ -> Assassin's Dagger -> TWIN DAGGER

You can also form bone dual swords by upgrading a Bone Kris to a Bonespike. Then you can form the Bone Scythe dual swords.

Bone Kris -> Bone Kris+ -> Bonepick -> Bonepick+ -> Bonespike -> BONE SCYTHE

To get dual swords you can upgrade the hunters knife in this order hunter knife,hunters knife ,hunters dagger,hunters dagger ,assassins dagger,and then upgrade it to a twin dagger.Or you can do this,bone kris,bone kris ,bonepick,bonepick ,bonespike and then it goes to bone scythe.Those are both dual swords.Hope i helped.

To get the dual swords to kill the the rathalos you start at the hunters knife, upgrade it to a twin dagger then upgrade it to a cyclone,which has an attack of 238.happy hunting.
