I don't know how to carve up the head of a velociprey how can I do it

You only get one carve from a Velociprey, it doesn't matter where on the body, it only counts as one thing.

You can only carve a Velociprey Head in online quests.
But since Capcom cut off online play, getting that thing is now IMPOSSIBLE.
