There's no way at all to get any of those offline, unless you have HR13+ items like Vespoid Bladefins which can be traded in F&H to the old man for union ore, or gravios carapace from Grav+ to trade for dragonite ore. You can also trade Lao Spines for Firestones, but thst's from the 17+ quest.
So unless you have a lot of stuff from online from before it was cut, you can't get any of them.
