Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Questions

First you have to be at the warehouse were there was the cut scene with Volgin, Tatyana, Sokolov, The Fear, The End, Ocelot and The Boss. You go inside and get past the guards and go up three flights of stairs and go out the door. You'll be in a booby trapped level (recomend thermal goggles). You go to the oposite side and you will come to the outer walls of the Granin Design Burea. You go all the way to the left and there will be a hole in the fence. Crawl through it(you might want to get rid of the guards and dog first).Once you are through you can either go to the left side and crawl through a hole in the wall hidden in the leaves or go to the door on the right side and press up against the door and knock. Hurry up and go hide behind the boxes and a guard will come out. Hurry through the door while he isn't looking. Once you go through into the inside walls there will be three guards. Two on the left, one on the right. On the storage shed to the right you will find the XM16E1. Then go to the door in the right front of the building and just before you go in change to scientist uniform and no paint. Go inside and head straight down the hall. Go through the door and head straight and you will come to stairs. Go down the stairs and you'll come to a little guard booth. When the guard goes inside follow him and pick up the weapon cigar spray (one of two weapons you can equip in scientist uniform. Use it and knock him out. Then go to the door across from the guard booth. Slowly open the door, then go to the survival viewer and change camoflauge to shoot the scientist (actual scientists will set off the alarm when they see you in scientist uniform of not). Go to the locker and pick the one on the left and you will find the hankerchief (the second weapon you can equip with a scientist uniform). In the next room there will be two more scientists. I recomend waiting till they are both towards you and run to the other end of the room and use the cigar spray when they run towards the alarm pannel down there. Then go to the door on the left and you will go to a cut scene with Granin (very interesting if you have played the other metal gears). Once your done leave the way you came and go all the way back to the booby trapped level. Here you will face The Fear. Once you are done with him go back to the warehouse with the three flights of stairs and go down the ground floor go up the single flight of staris on the ground floor and you will come to an automatic door go through there and you will pass through about three levels and you will start to face The End (do not save and quit while facing The End, it will go to a cut scene and you will be tranquelized by The End and you will wake up back in Granin's lab in the prison area).
