You can only watch him eat certain snakes, and fish, what you do is click on eat on the animal and quickly release the 0 button. So in otherwords when you go to hit EAT hit 0 really fast don't hold it down.

There are only certain foods you can watch him eat.
When you eat those you will watch him eat them.
