You have to sneak up on him and when you get behide him you just have to hold him up with a gun and you will get his camo but after that he will throw a flash gernad and he will run away.

There is an easyer way to kill the end
When you arive at the wharehouse where socolft is and the fear comes out pushing the ends wheelchair.after the cutsceen has ended quickly move to the right a bit.then get out the sniper rifle.the end will still be the behind a gard snipe the gaurd then shoot the barrel which wiill explode the keep shoting the end make sure you shoot his head he will try to go throught the door but if you kill him he will explode then you do not have to face him.watch out theought one of the wheels from his chair will hit you on the head
