1. I don't know what Duel Mode is, but,
2. Healing Radio recovers your stamina while listening to it. You can get about six different "secret" radio stations by carefully watching cutscenes (for radio frequencies), or by interrogating guards and scientists.

If you look up cheats for this game you will see frequencies for a healing radio and I guess that if you listen to it long enough I think it increases you're health

1. Duel mode is something you unlock after you beat the game, where you can fight the bosses again.
2. When you put the right frequency in on the radio it will heal you.
