Put on the ap sensor and when hes in the area you can check the map and there will be a red cricle or you can see his footsteps cause he walks in wet soil

I beat it by actualy using sniper tactics and sneaking tactics. The best way is to look around with the sniper from a good vantage point, thers always one, look for flashs of light(Hideos little hint for "heres the sniper"). After you find him shot him numerous times and he will just fall, use a flash band and dissapear. Go to were he is and use the thermal googles to easily see his foot steps you could just look down, but it's just easier to thermal. Also, don't forget to use spirit camo to get rid of foot steps. If you don't have spirite camo, then walk with the D pad to walk silently, you can shoot him up with something reapeat the thermal thing again. After you find him you can hold him up for th MOSSIN NAGANT CAMO that he has, it gives you photosynthetic powers (and it's not like telekenetic or psychokenetic abilities, it some kind of way to get stamina or health back from plants and trees and stuff like that)in heavily florished areas like the level your on, and rokovoj bereig. To see what it does follow the end after draining health and stamina and wait, he will say some stuff to the forest and make grunting sounds, watch his life bars and they will shot up A LOT! But any ways just do that stuff I told you and only use tranqs if you want the MOSSIN NAGANT RIFLE, it's like a tranq rifle.

Hey this is hard but one way I found (on easy and very easy because you don't take much damage) was just to run around until he shoots you and then you'll know pretty well where he is and can get a couple of shots in

First of all it's not called mosin nagent camo it's called moss camo and to kill him easyer be4 you go to the ware house you take left and there will be 2 guys and a amunation shed and in side will be a sniper and when you go to the ware house it will show a cut scene and after that equip the sniper and shoot him in the head once and he will die and when he explose move out of the way cause there will be a tire flying at u

Well it's very easy get thermal gogles and a shot gun find him and chase him with it and keep shooting him

I used infra red googles to locate and pick his sorry butt off. I AM THE SNIPER KING MWA HA HA HA HA Ha ha ha ha... Ha sorry
