What do you have to do when you meet the dude at the ghost river i'm realy stuck there.thank you

When it say you have die just take the revil pill.

What you have to do is basicly try walking to the end of the river if ghosts get in you way either shoot them with your SAA (if you have ammo) or punch them and quickly move away from them. When you get to the end you will see the sorrows corspe and the sorrow will tell you to leave. Touch the corpse and you will die althogh you may then use the revival pill. If you make your way to the end you get the spirit camo which will be in you backpack after you get it back from eva(enemies cannot hear your footsteps or crawling only gunshots)

Also to clear things up 1:Ocelot is THE BOSS's son and also THE SORROW's
2:Big boss in metal gear (original game) dosnt go bad he creates a country free from rule of the patriots and also tries to make a small war so he and the genome soilders have a point to live although the U.S.A cannot let this happen so greyfox is sent to stop him. Greyfox gets cuaght and is help hostage and the Solid Snake is sent in to KILL big boss (a.k.a naked snake) in the second it turns out that big boss has returned this time slightly crazed and actually KILLs greyfox and snake is sent in and big boss is killed. Then the incident on shadow moses island happens and it turns out that greyfox's corpse was brought back to life but only by a powerfull exoskeleton suit designed by hal emmericks, Granin's (from mgs 3)best friends son.
Snake tries kills metal gear (while greyfox is being crushed by it) with his own hands with a stinger missle although he dosnt want to because doing this will kill greyfox also
Liquid then finnaly kills greyfox and snake destroys metal gear REX. Liquid and solid have a duel on top of metal gear and then they fight eachover on cars with machine guns and luiquid dies.
also KEROTAN is a small frog from koname traumer which is like englands PLAYSKOOL although it is made by game developers kerotan is accomponied by ga-ko (pronounced guy-co) a haiwyan duck from obviously hawai.
I know this because I love metal gear and also hideo kojima recognised me for it theere fore I have tested and still have metal gear solid 3:subsistance which isnt out yet and have tested a japanese demo of mgs4 adapted to the ps2 (lower graphics) and I have the story boards for it but I cannot tell you's about it but I can tell you that everyone will LOVE it and it is set AFTER mgs2:sons of liberty

lastly:the only thing I can tell you about mgs 4 is that big boss is still alive the new metal gear looks AMAZING and that it unravels alot of stuff but makes alot more. also for you mg acid people type in viper as a cheat from some fun and the same with acid 2 when it comes out.

I'd like to clear up something.
He/she said Metal Gear (original). The game Metal Gear is a game on the Nintendo (yep that's right the on with just A and B) not Metal Gear SOLID which is the one I presume he/she ment.

So when talking about Metal Gear Solid PLEASE don't say Metal Gear as it is a completely different game...

The first game in the series was called metal gear and was about big bosses country (zanzibar) not metal gear solid 1 which was the one on the island with liquid snake.
