What is the infinity face paint ?

There is a USA flag on the Cold War suit because the Cold War was mainly USA versus the Soviets

The infinity face face paint is face paint that makes your weapons never run out of ammo. I don't know why the cold war camo has the American flag on the back of it.

The infinity face paint can be aquired by capturing the tsuchinoko snake in graniny gorki south by mouse traps after fighting "the fear" and keeping it alive until the end of the game. After you are captured you can capture it again after meeting up with eva behind the waterfall and going back out the from behind the waterfall and using the mk22.
The cold war camo also has the flag of the USSR(Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) on the front. The cold war was the USA(United States of America) and it's allies i.e. Britain against the USSR so that's why there's an American flag on it.

Russian enemies will not shoot the russian flag if you get into combat, they will try to aim for your back where the american flag is instead
