Keep on going 2 the end of the river when you get to the end of the river there will be a dead dude under the sorrow walk in 2 him you die but not realy use the revival pill there should be a cut scene were snake almost drowns you're welcome.

You mean the battle with the sorrow. Yes you follow him and avoid the ghosts (sometimes tricky as they gang up on you). When you reach the skeliton (bad spelling) snake dies.just take the revival pill and the battle ends.

Yes whn you get to the end it's said you died but just take the pill that bring you back to life.

1.)His name is The Sorrow.
2.)If you go to the end and die then use the pill you get the Spirit camo this camo makes it were enemys can't hear your footsteps.
3.)You can also kill yourself by drowning yourself or you can blow yourself up with the grenades.

Listen if this is your first time just follow the sorrow to the end of the river then you die and he will give you his uniform.

Or an esarier way to beat him is to just drawn you're self when you start and then use the revival pill
