Alright. I'll tell you all of them that I know.

Face Paints
------------------

No Paint: No Face Paint at all. Camo Index drops.
Location: Backpack.

Woodland: Face Paint that will give cover in both brown and green environments. (Grass and Tree Trunks)
Location: Backpack.

Black: Face Paint that wil give cover in the darkest of environments. (Night & Mud together)
Location: Backpack

Splitter: Face Paint that gives cover in urban environments (Buildings)
Location: The VERY beggining.

Mask: Mask used for disguise (Major Raikov)
Location: 1) Backpack 2) If you chose "I like MGS2" you will start the game with the mask on and get two extra cutscenes in the demo theatre.

Flag: Paints that mimic Country Flags (European Only) Some can work well as effective camoflague.
Location: Backpack.

Water: Paint that mimics a water pattern. Gives cover in water.
Location: Ponizovje South. After going to the Granniny Gorki Lab head south and do not head towards The End. Instead go back to the cave and before you get to Chyornaya Peschera Cave Entrance you will collect a parcel reading [Face/Water]

Desert: Yellow and Light Brown paint. Gives cover in desert and mountainous environments.
Location: Ponizovje Warehouse. When outside there is a big red door which is closed. When you enter in the side, go to the door from the inside. The parcel will be there.

Snow: White with bits of Green. Gives cover in Snow or white floral environments (Rokovoj Bereg)
Location: Bolshaya Past Base. When you get to the base, go into the trence. If you get to the bit running North and South, the parcel should be in there.

Zombie: Face Paint that mimics the face of a Zombie. Doesn't provide much camolague, but If you call Sigint, Para-Medic jumps in and explains what a Zombie is and says it makes Snake look Awsome.
Location: Rassvet (Operation Snake Eater) Before you go into the room where Sokolov is. Go to the far north east section where there is a locked gate. Then go west behind the building. The Parcel is there behind the crates.

Kabuki: Used in Japanese Theatre. Said to bestow the wearer with mystical power, but I don't think it does anything apart from lower your Camo Index. Call Sigint and he will get told by Snake what Kabuki is. Wait for the coversation to close... Oh how Snake admires his Kabuki...
Location: Tikhogornyj. This is an easy one to miss. When you meet up with EVA, go south back outside the waterfall. The parcel is in the pool of water the Waterfall is running into.

Oyama: Name of an androgynous Japanese deity. Kabuki's female role Face Paint. The same sort of conversation will enroll with Sigint as it did with Kabuki.
Location: Graniny Gorki Lab 1F. When you enter via the Basement Cells, the first door to the left opens up to a small courtyard. There is a small vent you can crawl into, go through it and you should see a parcel with the Oyama Face Paint.

Green: Green Face Paint that will work well in a green area in the jungle. The powers of this face paint stops the Grip Gauge from falling, so you can hang infinitely.
Location: Duel. Get the high score on every duel fight on Duel Mode in normal mode to unlock the Green Face Paint. Don't forget to save!

Brown: Brown Face Paint that will work well in brown areas like tree trunks. The Powers of this face paint stop the 02 Gauge from Decreasing, so you can stay underwater forever.
Location: None. This is one of the things you have to sort of "Pay" for. You need to buy the CD Single of the Snake Eater Theme Tune and use the disc for the Camoflague Key Disc Upload. You will also get Desert Tiger Camoflague from it.

Infinity: This face paint has japanese symbols and lettering all over snakes face in nice rows. This bestows infinite bullets to the wearer.
Location: None. There are three ways of obtaining the Infinity Face Paint:
1) Get the highest ranking. (Not on Very Easy)
2) Get the ranking, Kerotan. (Shot every 64 Kerotan Frogs in the game.)
3) Get the ranking, Chameleon. (No alerts raised at all.)
