Hmm, when snake must take care of eva and the permanent caution is on, I used the books and made eva follow me but she stands out to much...and also looses stamina to quickly, how do I avoid the gaurds partrolling without eva's stamina dropping to zero?

The best way maybe for you (well it is for me) is to tranqulliz her with the MK22 then shoot any guards that come and then carry her.

Yes, I got a bit stuck on this but then I just shot her with a tranq (mk22) and she fell asleep.While she was dreaming i went round that area, shooting the gaurds and picking up food.Then you drag her to the climbing bit,wake her up,she climbs and now your in the second part.Do the same and you will be fine!

P.S If you blow her brains out yourself you will hear cornels voice from MGS1 and 2 saying:"No Snake!! You have make a TIME PARADOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!" but just press continue.

Dude... it's simple as pie, what I did (and I was playing in extreme mode) was to go to the left side as much as I could before the guard saw us, throw a stund grenade at him, and keep on going without stopping, plant a TNT if you want on the log and explode it after EVA crosses.

You should be able to go undetected even after you explode the TNT... but in case you can't do this use extra stund grenades as soon as you see the first guard and throw smoke grenades along the way, that should slow the guards a little.

(The kerotan is just under the left side of the crossing log)

You just need to collect food and kill the guards !

When her stamina goes down too far you need to walk next to her and go into the food section of the pause menu, go to a piece of food and it should say dispose, eat or EVA just choose eva and it'll feed her as for the gaurds, just kill'em.
