Hi, How do you beat Colonel Volgin (the first time around) non-leathally?

ANSWERS

NO you don't kill him with the shotgun, you knock him over by holding the circle button then tranquilize him when he is on the floor.

Just Use Stun Grenade Just Keep Lobbing At Them At Him And He Would Be Down. P.S Oh Make Sure You Get "Cold War" Uniform.

Easiest way ever: Use Cigar Gas-Spray! You may have not found a use for it earlier unless you used it to take out scientist and maitenence workers but this works so well. Let him come to you. When he starts to attack run to the right and then puff him! When he charges up puff him 2-3 times and then dodge the attack. That's the easiest way ever!

Dont listen to any other answer it wont work trust me.

Bring out your tranq gun, when you see lightning run to him and put your gun away before the lightning hits you.

Repeat but this time run to the side/back of him and it should lower his stamina.

If the bullet gets deflected that means you hit him from the front.

When he gets pissed off (losses 50% stamina I think) he shoots 2 lightnings when you draw a wepon if the lightning hits you, you lose all current ammo and have damage dealt to snake.

Do the stun grenades. I did it and beat him under a min. Everyone else doesn't know wtf lol
