If you dont skip the scene in the torture room, the Sorrow will hold up a card with some numbers on it.

IT's really a code put it in on the codec and it will say,"That door is unlocked".

There are two ways but which ever one you choose don't kill the guard outside because its johnny this is supposedly bad luck. He is the further of johnny the prison guard in mgs1 (the one meryl K.O.s) and he is also in mgs2 the one having a crap in the toilet in the hostage room.

An easy way to do this is for the first three times he gives you food throw it back you will then have a conversation with him. If you get hungry a rat or two will come in your cell use the fork to eat it. During the conversation with Johnny he will give your cigar gas spray gun, also he shows you a picture of his wife and kid on the back there will be the frequency to open the door.

Or you can go into cure and use the fork to get the fake death pill and use it. When you are outside use the spray or knock him out.

1.When jonny (the guard) gives u food chuk it back.

Do this 3 times he will show you a picture of his wife and kid. when he dose press and hold R1.

This will give u a chance to see the code again.
2.Put in 144.75 on the radio.

It will say "the doors are now open".

Go into the cure menu and spin snake around about twenty times then resume play. Press x to make him crouch then press any direction and snake will be sick so the gaurd (Johny) will check on you then you can CQC his @$$ and get out.
