How do you beat Volgin, my brother can't beat him, he's on the part after he makes the arena. NOTHING WORKS?

ANSWERS

Here is how to beat him: After he hits you use a fake death pill. Then when he turns his back hit him with a RPG-7 then use the m63 rapid fire to take out his shield and hurt him. When he yells at Ocelot shoot him with the RPG-7 again.

What I did is I would wait until he didn't have sparks all around him then do a cqc attack on him and knock him down, then you have a chance to shoot him, it's kind of like Fat man from mgs 2, but you could also pull out a rapid fire machine gun like the ak and try to puncture his shield, which does in fact work sometimes.

I mean't to say that when Volgin's NOT charged is when you do CQC.

Now this method takes a little bit of skill but if done right you'll get a secret camoflauge that when you wear it guards are afraid to shoot you, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Wait for Volgin to do his shock attacks, then run up to him and do a cqc toss,(if you dont know how look it up in special in the begining menu), then when he's on the ground aim for his head with a Mk22 and shoot as many times as you can. If you defeat him like this with the Mk 22 tranquilizer gun I can assure you that you'll have fun with that suit. The guards are afraid to shoot you!

There is another EASY way of beating him (I am on easy). If you want his camo suit, all you need is at least 20 stun grenades just keep throwing them non stop unless he moves too close towards you (same for the second part).

Or if you want him to suffer you can just arm the RPG-7 and whenever he moves shoot the hell out of him. Dont attack when he is standing still in his "stance". That's it.

I have an interesting technique for you. Equip the shotgun ( m37 ) or any gun for that matter and quickly press R2 this will un-equip the weapon to re-equip it do the same( tap the R2 button ).

The trick here is equip it and then wait for about a half second then unequip it and run away those electric bolt attacks will drain his power then when he gos to refill so to speak shoot him with the shotgun. do this about 10 or 12 times and thats all.

Also be careful when he goes to refill his power he does a gun attack, before he does get to the left and run to the right and forward so you avoid the attack and are in position to shoot him.

It's actually REALLY easy! Just get out your m63 or the light machine gun if you call it that and just fire away! But when he shoots the blue lazer thing at you quickly unequipt it and run out of the way becase then he drains the bullets and makes you reload.After the cut scene, repeat.

Just keep running around and shoot him with your RPG-7.

Use Ocelot's SAA, bouncing bullets hit Volgan's blind spots and well... Yeah it doesn't take too long.
