ANSWERS

All you do is walk to the end avoid all the ghosts then when you get to the sorrow. Walk into him then use the revial pill. Thats all

You can either:

1.walk all the way down the river and watch all the ghosts of who you've killed(if you just tranqilize every1 like reccomeneded you will just see the ghosts of the bosses youve fought) -(except ocelot who is stil alive)

2.use the fake death pill folat down the river and use the revival pill.

Walk to the end of the river and avoid all ghosts. At the end is The Sorrow. Touch his body and you'll die, but use the revival pill.

i too cannot complete this part of the game, i have fake death pills and reviving pills in my inventry but cannot use them, i press l2 as told and nothing happens, have i missed something, should i have picked something up before meeting sorrow? please help!
