How do you get past sorrow. I am in a stream with ghosts all around and at the end he kills me. Pls help

When you get to the end of the river and he kills you open the item window with L2 and select the revival pill to wake Snake up. It's only a dream he's having. You don't have to go to the end of the river though you can let him die at the start and still use the revival pill to bring him back the only reason you would go to the end is to get the Sorrow's spirit camo.

Okay, At the end when he kills you, Press L2 and Select your Revival Pill by Holding L2 and pressing O, Hope this helps.

You shouldn't kill too many guys and at the end, just go up to his body and touch it then use the revival item for the death pill.
