Ok I have 2 questions.
 
 1.) I can no longer get on platform 2 the picture wont let me. How do I get him to let me go through to platform 2 so I can ask the shepedress the password ,an get to the library.
 
 2.) Ok so I got the hint that said to get the owls and news paper, you have to wingardum levioso the roof. K my questions how to you click on the roof to do that spell. Cuz I have tried everything.
 
 Ok so a recap questions are: How do I get to platform 2 to talk to the shepedress and how do I wingardum levioso the roof? Please oh please help. Cuz I am stuck and have been stuck for a couple of days. Thanks

I still haven't figured out the first question but to your second one you don't wingardium leviosa the roof there should be a stand at the front of the room by the table. Wingardium leviosa the front of that it should work.

The answer to your first question:

1.You go to the transfiguration courtyard and go into your map.
You then select the Herbology classroom. On the staircase to the classroom

There is the portrait of the Sheperdess. After that you will have to go
To the Viaduct to ask the stuttering potrait there and he'll refer you to the

Portrait of the man with the dog (Gibbot Abbot) and he'll give you the answer.

2.You don't cast the spell to the roof. You cast it to the podium infront
Of the teachers table.
