I am stuck on the board where the horn boreas is and I can't get
Across the bidge or use the amulet of fate to slow down time when I am on the grond ... Someone please help

Hi, I'm not sure how to answer this question, I think this is the first time you've been to this area, You haven't beaten the second translator yet, If not,
Go towards the ladder and look to the left there's flames,now climb the ladder and turn the handle and slow down time, jump down and run and jump to the ledge were the flames were, and go on to the next part of the game, I hope I'm right Goodluck
