After killing Perseus, acquiring the shield and putting it on the empty statue, you are ready to deflect both eyes. For that to happen, first you need to push the statue to the place in the floor, near the rotating crank. After that you rotate the crank, which ascends the statue until it starts deflecting the right eye laser. Now after the short cutscene showing that, you have to be fast and climb up, because the platform stays up for about 10-15 seconds. When you climb, stand where the tiles are a bit broken. Hold down the L1 (block) and it will start deflecting the laser, after which a cutscene triggers showing you destroy the laser eyes.
