Hey, I don't know what to call it, but towards the outside there's a metal device you need to bring that with you for the third hand. Pin the first hand in the trap door, grab the device it's right around there and drag it towards the second hand, Stun the hand then pin it to the floor with the blade, Move the device again towards the third hand, Now the third hand, stun the hand move the device past the hand there's a blade there hanging from the ceiling place the device under the blade,Now there's a button on the device you can stand on,it will load the blade to the device,stun hand again and move device in front of the hand,attack the hand again,the hand will trigger the device, Goodluck
