Hi, You'll raise the hand later in the game, After you battle the harpies go to the finger and use your blades on it to move it, you'll get a cut scene, then go to the end of the path and climb down the wall, while climbing down the wall you have to battle some guys just follow it around and stop at the save altar, This is were I'm going to leave you, just follow the path and battle, your going to be getting Typhone's Bane and then Rage Of The Titans then you'll beable to raise the hand....
