How do you activate the urns of power

Hi, Turn on the console and press new game at the level you won at or lower, you will be asked if you want to use costumes and urn power click yes, then just turn the urns on...Goodluck

Press start when you begin the bonus play game and then press L1 once and yu will be on status menu.Go down to the urns and turn them on.
