Black Stretch:
In the Mission Ice Cold Killa, after you get outside, Jizzy will hop in a black Broadway. Get in the Black Stretch beside it and kill Jizzy. You now have a black Stretch (if you don't blow it up!)
Black Broadway:

At the Beginning of a Race, enter the fly cars cheat (Up, Down, L1, R1, L1, Right, Left, L1, Left), then the cars will fly away. But be careful, you will too, so drive slow and control. I've won all my races doing this. I guarantee you will 99.99%. 0.01% not because the opponents will probably do what your trying to do; drive slow and control.

That is probly all cheats you will ever need. Just so you know they all work.
To say up front this glitch does not always work.First get your desired weapon of choice then put it as your weapon. Next while on a bike(motorcycle)do shoot out of you car cheat while on the bike. Then do jetpack cheat while on the bike. Finally you get some speed then tap triangle really quickly your jetpack will come off and you will be on it still and you be able to shoot the weapon that you chose in the beginning. Tip:(can't use flame thrower , rocketlauncher or sniperrifle

Go to any farm after you do the weat grinder mission and there shold be a weat grinder it is locked but sniper the guy whos in there and it should be open

Ok first type in the cheat where your stars can't go up or down then you can go wherever you want when you want without the hassle of cops! Note: Make sure you have no stars before typing in the cheat otherwise if you have 1 star or however many you will be stuck with that while you go over there and you will have to hassle with the cops Enjoy!!
