When you start the mission, ignore what T-bone says. Go straight to the airport. And do not use the Never Wanted cheat in this mission, because after you save Mike,there will be a 2 start wanted level on you. Then you will need to go to the red marker outside the airport and then when you reach there, you will need to go to pay-and-spray. But if you will use the Never Wanted cheat, then when you will get out of the airport then nothing will happen the mission will not either fail or pass.
