Put the cars float on water cheat and infinite lung capacity cheat on then get in a car and drive it across water (don't go to far from the shore)tthen take the cars float on water cheat of. You will sink to the bottom but try to keep the car straight and you should go through the water and eventually respawn at the beach sometimes in your car
