If you need to bail out of your choper wait for the missle to get really close. (you will hear a rapid beeping sound) if you bail out too soon the choper might hit and kill you. If you land in the water don't worry there are stairs on both sides of the ship be ready to fight there are useally lots of enemy soldiers in front of them.

For the cargo ship level when I blow the I go to the back of the ship and go up the stairs to the gernade launcher to blow up the cargo and if you fall in the water don't worry there are stairs on both sides just climb up but be careful there are useually lots of enemies up there

During the last mission make sure you kill all of the enemys near the silos.

Then hot swap to the sniper and paint that tower.

Use walls and objects as cover and don't run in the open use the buildings as cover when there is a tank don't try and be a hero and run at it with all guns blazing

Shoot just above the head if looking up and if looking down shoot just below the head

Ok, on the mission when you have to destroy the silos (the last mission) try and kill everyone clear the area.

Then just run to the designated areas on your Tacmap. Kill everyone there.

However remember that your time is limited (five minutes).

During the second to last mission you have a choice to be NATO or the chinese.I picked the NATO.When I was playing I had a sniper rifle.Then all of a sudden I shot at some guy and more enemies came.So I hotswopped to a Assualt guy and I nailed they're faces into the dirt.Also remember when sniping once you shoot change your position so the enemy does not find you.

This works on both online and single player modes

If you have a pump-action shotgun (china team) or a sniper rifle (any team) you can rapid-fire instead of having to do the little reload animation in between each shot

All you need to do is quickly swich to another weapon and back

Example: shoot someone with the shotgun, switch to pistol, switch back to shotgun and shoot again

It is fun to do... But can get you kicked during online play

OK we all know that the online combat on Battlefeild 2 is great and all. But after reading the questions about the game on this site, I can't help but wonder why most of you are not even past a 2nd and 1st LT. I've played this game for about a month (not strait) and I'm already a Major. Some of you have a lot to learn about this game. Trust me, I thought I was the best when I played online against leutenants and captains, but as soon as I started playing against higher ranks they creamed me. First of all metals: to get metals you have do certain things just like on campaign mode. Ex. One of the metals is to get 4 kills using a sniper rifle in one clip in one life (sniper clips have 5 rounds). It's pretty much an easy metal to get if your a good shot. Now to rank up online you have to have three things: Points - kills/flag captures, Metals, and PPH. PPH stands for points per hour, it's how many points you accumulate within an hour's worth of online gameplay. The higher your score in single, individual online game sessions, the more likely your PPH will sky-rocket. The ultimate way to get props online is to achieve the rank of 5-Star General. However, unless you can get all metals (about 16 I think), like a total score of 38000, and a PPH of over 100, well you get the picture. Oh and by the way, there is no cheats section in the setup of Battlefeild 2. The only cheat in the game is all weapons which goes something like this: During gameplay press and hold R2 and L2 then press right, right, down, up, left, left.

While playing on the internet you won't last 5 seconds on foot, try to get in a vehicle asap. You will last much longer.
