My 2 sims have been living together for a long time.
 
 So far they haven't had a baby and their relationship is at 100.
 
 What do I have to do?

Just make them keep kissing and then there should be an option that say "Get Married", unless you made them in the same house, then they are already married.

They don't need to be married, if you make them keep kissing, after a while a window will come up asking if you want to have a baby. Sometimes it takes a while though...

Well, there is no way to make your Sims have a baby, they just have to hug, kiss, and give gifts alot. One day I was playing the Sims and a question just popped up and asked "do you want have a baby' I clicked yes, and told me that it was a girl, and I got to name it, and our relationship level was at 73!

To make them have a baby quicker, make them go in the heart bed and get it to vibrate. Then, with one Sim click on play in bed. If you do this a lot you'll have better chances for a baby.

To have a baby get the heart bed make the dude click vibrate then make the chick go there it will say play in bed do that then kiss alot do fiery and you will have a baby

Get the heart bed click on it click vibrate the person comes in takes the clothes off and gets into bed make the other person click on the bed it will say play in bed do that it will work.

If your sims are both at one-hundred relationship bar wise, then make sure that both sims love each other by checking if the two sims have hearts under each other's pictures, in the relationships section.

Get your sims to passionately kiss. They must have double pluses above their heads and must have a fully passionate embrace.

Why would you want a kid!

They are so much trouble, believe me.

Hey you just have kids by making your sims fall in love. Usualy they have one faster if they kiss in the bathroom!? Weird HUH! Also is you put your sims in the heart bed and make it "Vibrate" and put in (move_objects on) code w/o the half circle things, click the bed, and move it and you will see 2 naked sims rolling around! LMAO! Bye, ~ sims_chick1992 ~

P.S. you can do that when they are in the shower too.
