Normally just the space button when you have not changed the controls.
You could also check the options menu for what to do.

If you downloaded a trainer or something than you can't get out because of a mistake they made

Like I said before... Check the options menu, normally it would be the space button with the default controls. If that does not work buy the real game instead of a trainer or illegal gamecopy ( that could be the problem then )

I have the same problem. It's because bad crack.You need to crack a different way or download a good (real) crack.
I don't know how. Just like I on begining said "I have" not "I had" "the same problem. How do I know about cracking Godfather, I red it on Web.
Good luck. If somebody know web site where I can download good crack, then can he told me......... Pliz

I've got the same problem.. Isnt it someway else than find a new crack? Can't I just write it in the controlboard thing?? I tried like 3 hours to step out of the car=P
