I know this sounds dumb but I really don't know how to get started!! I sit in the kuruma on Callaghan Bridge n drive to the safe house..i don't see any blips nothing...Im new to this stuff...plz help!!

Maybe you are missing some files which make these blips appear. Try re-installing GTA.
