Okay I just got Grandtheft auto 3 yesterday and when I use the flying cheat (chittycittybb)nothing happens. Also is there a way to make the attack the base Part II (when 8ball gives you a rifle) easier because when I start shooting everyone and 8ball is almost done he gets shot and I fail the mission.

The correct cheat code is CHITTYCHITTYBB not CHITTYCITTYBB. That is why it wasn't working. You were entering the wrong code.
