Date of Question: Mar 7 2009 | Question ID: 139535 Hey I've been trying for ages to find the "securicar" and "mr whoopee" and "bus" for the import/export missions on the portland docks but I cannot find them anywhere. Can someone please help me with where they are plz |

The bus wanders around everywhere so you can only get it by luck. For the "Mr Whoopee" can only be found at the Ice Cream Factory. To get to the Factory, drive west from Vercetti Estate onto the west island and it should be one of the buildings right in front (a little bit to the left).
And the "Securicar" is at the docks at the southern end of the west island
